Auto Equity Option

Now you can take advantage of being a California homeowner! Our Auto Equity loan lets you write-off the interest you pay on your vehicle loan. We simply secure the loan with your home which provides tax-deductible finance charges for most California homeowners. All the terms of your auto loan stay the same - same payment, same term and same low rate. There is a one-time cost of $200 to convert your existing auto loan. For flexibility, you can request the removal of the lien placed on your home at any time.
