Pacific Service Credit Union Guarantees Quick Loan Decisions “In today’s world, a person’s time is one of their most valuable possessions. With that in mind, we are always looking for ways to give our members high-quality service in the shortest possible time,” said Steve Punch, president of Pacific Service CU. “By reducing our decision time to less than 4 minutes we are letting our members know we have superior service delivery. If we miss our commitment, we are willing to pay for that extra time.” The credit union believes its’ 4-minute decision guarantee is a one-of-a-kind commitment in the marketplace. According to research conducted by the credit union, no other similar claims could be found. Other financial institutions tout speedy decisions but no offers of a financial guarantee are being made to back them up, as with the credit union, could be located. In most cases, the member could receive a loan decision in less time than it takes most people to brush their teeth or take a shower.
