Boat Equity option
Our Boat Equity option may allow California homeowners to write-off the interest you pay on your boat loan.  We simply secure the loan with your home which may provide tax-deductible finance charges for most California homeowners.  All the terms of your boat loan stay the same - same payment, same term and same low rate.  There is a one-time cost of $200 to convert your existing boat loan.  For flexibility, you can request the removal of the lien placed on your home at any time.
