Do I have to be a member to apply for a loan?
No. You do not have to be a member to apply, but you must be eligible for membership for us to be able to grant you a loan. To verify eligibility, visit our Membership page. Upon loan approval, you must establish membership prior to the disbursal of loan funds.

Yes. The credit union offers Visa Platinum Rewards and a Visa Platinum Rewards Starter Card for young adults between 18-23 years old. Visit our Visa page to find out which card is right for you. What is a FICO score?
The FICO score is used to predict the likelihood that a person will repay their debts. The score is derived from information contained in an individual’s credit report. Many lenders use the score to determine the interest rate charged for credit.
When I pay off my loan how do the automatic payments stop?
We will stop the automatic payments as soon as the loan is paid off. If your final payment is more than what is required to payoff the loan, we will deposit the excess funds into your Credit Union savings account.
Do you accept co-signers?
Yes. If you have limited or no credit history, we accept qualified co-signer(s) to help you qualify for a loan. We allow members between the age of 18 and 23 to use a parent as a co-signer.
Can I remove a co-borrower from a loan or Visa card?
Yes. We will take a credit application over the phone to see if you qualify without a co-borrower. If so, we can remove the co-borrower from the loan.
Can I add a co-borrower to a loan or Visa card?
No. We can’t add a co-borrower. However, you can apply online to refinance an existing loan with a co-borrower or call our Loan by Phone center at (888) 858-6878.
Can I change the due date on my loan payments?
Yes. You can make a change once during the term of the loan. Simply call our Loan by Phone center at (888) 858-6878.

Can I change the account number I use to make my automatic loan payments?
Yes. You can change the account number you use to make your automatic loan payment, please complete and return a Authorization Agreement for Pre-authorized Payments and attach a voided check from the new payment source. Please allow three business days for changes to take effect.

Can I change the due date on my credit card?
No. We do not currently offer due date changes on Visa accounts.
Can I make a loan payment over the phone?
Yes. If the account where the funds are coming from is with the credit union, you can transfer funds through BranchLine or you can call a member service representative at (888) 858-6878. We can also process electronic debits from other financial institutions to make loan payments. There is a fee for this service. You can avoid the fee, by setting up the transfer through BranchLine by selecting the Transfer Funds tab. You can also establish payments from other financial institutions by clicking on the Manage External Accounts tab. For more information, please call a member service representative at (888) 858-6878.
My loan payment is due today. Can I make my payment today?
Yes. If the account where the funds are coming from is with the credit union, you can transfer the funds through BranchLine. Simply select the Transfer Funds tab and use the drop down box to select the "from" and "to" accounts. If the funds are at another financial institution, your request can still be completed by phone. A fee will apply and the funds will be credited to your loan within 1-2 business days. Simply call a member service representative at (888) 858-6878.
How do I get a current loan payoff amount?
Please call a member service representative at (888) 858-6878. The loan balance displayed on BranchLine does not include any accrued interest and may not be sufficient to pay off the balance in full.
When is a late charge assessed on loan payments?
Late fees are assessed on the morning of the 10th calendar day after your due date, if the full monthly payment has not been received.
Can the credit union extend or modify my loan payments?
If you are having financial difficulties, please call our Loan by Phone center at (888) 858-6878. Based on your circumstances, we may be able to modify your loan agreement and help you remain current on your payments.

Does the credit union provide information to credit bureaus?
Yes. We report account information to the major credit bureaus.
