Does Pacific Service CU offer notary services?

Yes.  We have notary services in our branches.

Do you sell travelers checks?

No.

Are my accounts insured by the government?

Yes. Your accounts are insured to at least $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), a U.S. Government Agency. Additional coverage is available for Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs). For more information, visit the NCUA website or call a member service representative at (888) 858-6878.

Do you offer online bill pay?

Yes. Online bill pay is free to all of our checking account members and is available through BranchLine. If you are new to BranchLine, click the First-Time Users link or call a member service representative at (888) 858-6878.

Do you offer discount tickets?

No.  However, PG&E employees can contact Pacific Service Employees Association (PSEA) at (800) 272-7732 for tickets and discounts.

Do you offer a free checking account?

Yes.  In fact, we offer four different checking accounts to suit your needs.  Whether you value ATM fee reimbursement, no monthly fees, or the ability to earn dividends…we have a checking account for you.  We even include a free Visa debit card and free online banking and bill pay.  Find the checking account that’s right for you. Open an account online or call a member service representative at (888) 858-6878.

How do I open a new account?

If you are already a member, you can open deposit or checking accounts through BranchLine using the Open Accounts tab. For loan accounts, you can apply online or call our Loan By Phone center at (888) 858-6878. If you are not a member, please apply for membership and select the desired accounts at the same time.

Can I open an IRA online?

No.  Due to strict tax reporting requirements for these types of accounts, we cannot open IRAs online.  To open an IRA, simply call a member service representative at (888) 858-6878 or visit one of our branches
