Promotional code available in-branch and through the online referral process.  Referred member must open a qualifying product; (including Relationship Checking, auto loan, home equity loan, mortgage loan, Visa Platinum Card with a balance of over $500 by August 29, 2014 or a youth savings account for members under age 18) and provide their promotional code to a member service representative in-branch or in the Referral: Friend and Family section of our secure online application or we cannot guarantee that the entry will be counted.  Opening multiple products will not earn multiple entries.  Referring members must be in good standing with a positive balance.  Full membership requirements and eligibility details are available at www.pacificservice.org.  Some restrictions apply.  Federally insured by NCUA.

Official Rules
Winner will be drawn on September 5, 2014 from all valid entries. Must be 18 or older to win.  Winner will be notified by phone, email or mail.  Odds of winning are based on entries received and are estimated at 1 in 1,500. Winner will receive a trip for four to Hawaii.  Prize value is $4,000 and is based on a six-day, five night package for four (4) people including roundtrip, coach airfare from Northern California to Honolulu Airport, Oahu, Hawaii, airport transfers to and from the hotel, one resort view room for five nights at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort.  Packaged priced for travel dates in early September 2014.  Winner may customize the trip but is responsible for all expenses not specifically stated here and all costs above the price of the prize value.  Winner must redeem prize before December 31, 2014.  Credit Union reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason. Winner agrees that Pacific Service CU is not responsible for any loss or claims, including personal injury, which may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes.  Entry is also available by legibly hand printing your name, address and phone number on a plain 3x5 card and mailing it to Pacific Service CU, Attn. Member Referral Entry, P.O. Box 8191, Walnut Creek, CA 94596.  Limit one hand-written entry per member.  Entries must be received by August 29, 2014. The Credit Union reserves the right to verify accuracy of entries.  Winner must be in good standing in order to receive prize.  The Credit Union will report all prize winnings to appropriate state and federal agencies as required by law.
