Filing a Claim
In your time of need, our claims process is quick and easy. If you have already elected payment protection on your loan, you can use the convenient claims process to quickly and easily file your insurance claim.
Protect Your Ride
In the event your vehicle is deemed a total loss, or if your vehicle is stolen, there can be a significant gap between what you owe on your loan and what your auto insurance will cover in terms of repairs.
Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) may reduce or even eliminate that shortfall in the event your vehicle is deemed a total loss, helping you avoid making payments on a loan for a vehicle you no longer own.

We’re able to offer GAP at a fraction of the cost charged by the dealer. If you already purchased GAP through the dealer, you can request a prorated refund from the dealer and replace the coverage with our lower-cost option. Better yet, in the event you need to use the GAP coverage purchased through us, we’ll give you up to $1,000 toward your next vehicle loan if you finance with Pacific Service CU.

RV loans
Maximum terms vary based on collateral and loan amount. New auto rate applies to vehicles with less than 7,500 miles which have not been previously registered and are in the current or previous model year. All other vehicles subject to used car pricing. Quoted rate assumes a 0.25% APR discount for borrowers who maintain an automatic payment from their Pacific Service Credit Union checking account. Cash out refinances allowed on vehicles with less than 100,000 miles and less than ten model years old. Call for details. Additional terms: Rate, maximum term, maximum loan amount and advance amount based on credit qualifications and eligible collateral. Credit union reserves the right to determine collateral value of vehicles based on industry recognized guides or full appraisal. Financing is available for manufacturer franchise dealers only. Rate increases by 2.00% APR for vehicles with 150,001 to 200,000 miles and/or are 11 model years old or older. Representative example: Pay $17.16 per month per $1,000 borrowed for 72 months at 7.24% APR.
Your purchase of Debt Protection with Life Plus is optional and will not affect your application for credit or the terms of any credit agreement required to obtain a loan. Certain eligibility requirements, conditions and exclusions may apply.
