You asked for more convenient access to your Pacific Service CU accounts. That’s why we’ve partnered with CU Service Centers. CU Service Centers is a cooperative effort between more than 1,300 credit unions to assist each other’s members. Simply put, the CU Service Center network allows you the opportunity to conduct business at more than 5,000 shared branch locations nationwide and perform transactions as if you were at one of our branches.
The following transactions are free:
- Loan payments
- Loan advances
- Account inquires
- Transfers between accounts and other institutions
The following services are available for a nominal fee:
- Cashier's check
- Fax services
- Address change
- Coin services
- Traveler’s checks
- Money order
- Photocopy/statement requests
Note: Not all services may be available at all CU Service Center locations.
When visiting a CU Service Center, you will be asked to provide the name of your credit union, your account number (not your social security number) and valid photo identification.
Prior to using a shared branch kiosk or shared-branch enabled ATM, we need to authorize your account before processing any transactions. Please call a member service representative at (888) 858-6878 to begin the process.The verification process can take up to two business days to complete. Once complete, one of our representatives will contact you to let you know you are now able to conduct business at shared branch kiosks and shared branch-enabled ATM locations.

Transactions made on weekends, including Friday evenings, and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
