You asked for more convenient access to your Pacific Service CU accounts.  That’s why we’ve partnered with CU Service Centers.  CU Service Centers is a cooperative effort between more than 1,300 credit unions to assist each other’s members.  Simply put, the CU Service Center network allows you the opportunity to conduct business at more than 6,500 shared branch locations nationwide and perform transactions as if you were at one of our branches. 

The following transactions are free:

Withdrawals
Deposits
Loan payments
Loan advances
Account inquires
Transfers between accounts and other institutions

The following services are available for a nominal fee:

Cashier's check 
Notary
Fax services
Address change
Coin services
Traveler’s checks
Money order
Photocopy/statement requests

Note: Not all services may be available at all CU Service Center locations.

When visiting a CU Service Center, you will be asked to provide the name of your credit union, your account number (not your social security number) and valid photo identification.

In addition to access to CU Service Center locations, you also have access to an after-hours service center at (866) 692-8669 to conduct the free transactions listed above.

 

Transactions made on weekends, including Friday evenings, and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
